A New Start for Politics in Perspective Blog

A New Start for Politics in Perspective Blog Hello, to any and all who may read this blog (Although I don’t think anybody has read it), I haven’t really been keeping up with it. I planned weekly posts, and that’s just not happened, only two blogs have been published, no “news alerts”, even though much has happened over these summer months, and it just hasn’t taken off the way I planned, I planned to even attempt to publish some of these in the News. But I just wasn’t really motivated and lots of other things have happened in my personal life. And I’m honestly really disappointed. But that’s all the past, I plan a new future for Politics in Perspective. A good future. I’ve decided that my weekly blogs will come out on Tuesdays instead of Mondays, and I hope that I will be able to make one every week. There might be some weeks where this doesn’t happen, but I’m going to try my best. I’m also going to try to have “News Alerts” that are just quick, accurate reports of important world...

Afghanistan Part I: History Repeats

On April 13, 2021, Joe Biden’s administration announced that the United States would withdraw all their forces from Afghanistan by September 11, 2021, the 20th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. Reactions were mixed, some believed that the conflict had dragged on far too long and was unwinnable, while some believed that America should not just allow itself to give up and give in. And our forces didn’t leave in an orderly fashion either, we panicked and tried to leave as qu...

The Border Crisis: A view of Biden’s true colors

Everyone can agree that law and order is necessary for any nation, and that a nation cannot exist without some form of protection of its borders. Can anyone, even Democrats dispute this?, Well, apparently President Biden does. Once he took office, he ended construction of President Trump’s border wall, ended the National Emergency declaration at the border and ended his ban of immigrants from many countries, including Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, North Korea, Nigeria, & Venezuelan government officials from entering the country, just as conservatives feared and liberals anticipated.  He reinstated DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) which gives amnesty to the children of illegal immigrants, and promoted insane bills such as the “U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021”, which would do things like giving citizenship to all 11 million illegal immigrants in the United States; even fellow Democrats such as Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin of Illinoi...
